What is Magisk CTS Profile False Error?

Magisk CTS Profile False Error or bypass SafetyNet error or Safety Net Failed error is nothing but a result of a new Update from Google.

The March 2020 Google update brought along security features that now prohibit Magisk from passing SafetyNet. This results in Magisk CTS Profile False Error.

Nothing to worry though since there is a short guide on how to fix SafetyNet Bypass failed error. We will be using the Xposed Module for this purpose hence it might not work on all devices since the Xposed Framework does not work on all devices.

Fix Magisk CTS Profile False Error

In order to fix Bypass SafetyNet Error, you will need a Magisk rooted device with Magisk Zip and Magisk Manager apk installed on it.

Prerequisites

Download all the below files.

Fix SafetyNet Bypass Failed Error 

  • Enable Installation from Unknown Sources. For this, Go to Settings > Security > Installation from Unknown sources. Enable it.
  • Install Riru Manager Apk. Just like you install any other Apk file.
  • Open Magisk Manager. Tap on the menu, present as three horizontal lines on the top left corner. Go to Modules> Tap on “+” yellow button.
  • Browse the internal storage and locate the Magisk Riru-Core Module Zip File that you downloaded from the above prerequisites section.
  • Install this Module. Reboot your device once done.
  • After you restart your device, you will see a new app “Riru”. Open it. If the app says “Everything Looks Fine”, then you can go ahead with the next step. In case not, simply reinstall Riru Module.
  • Open Magisk Manager. Tap on the menu, present as three horizontal lines on the top left corner. Go to Modules> Tap on “+” yellow button.
  • Browse the internal storage and locate the EDEXPOSED Sandhook OR YAHFA Version that you downloaded from the above prerequisites section. We recommend trying YahFa first.
  • Install this Module. Reboot your device once done.
  • Check if this module works properly. If YahFa doesn’t work, you can try Sandhook. Or vice versa.
  • Now install EdXPOSED Manager APK File. Then install Hiddencore Xposed Module via this apk.
  • Now go to the EdXposed Manager app. Go to the menu> Modules> Enable Hidden Core Module. 
  • Reboot your device.
  • Just check again if Hidden Core Module is enabled in the EdXposed Manager app.

Verification –

You can cross-check this by going to Magisk Manager > SafetyNet Check. You will see that SafetyNET Check CTS Profile will show True.
